LakeFront Dock Company & LakeFront Lawn Care are co-owned by Kalvin Welle and Brody Simonson.

Kalvin grew up in Aitkin and operated Kalvin Welle Lawn Care from 2015 to 2022 during his high school and college years. After earning his business degree from UMD, he worked as an operations manager in the cities. His passion for life on the lake motivated him to shift his lawn care business into a dock and lift venture, partnering with his longtime friend Brody.

Brody worked in the lawn care and the dock installation fields while growing up in McGrath. He enlisted in the MN National Guard during his senior year at McGregor High School and serves as an SGT to this day. He's worked locally, including as a corrections officer for Aitkin County. A lifelong outdoor enthusiast, Brody enjoys working with his childhood friend in the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
